Supervised Apartments
Encourage independence while also providing structured supervision and supports for daily living. It is based on individual need and are provided by highly trained, caring staff.

Supported Living Program
Helps individuals maintain their independence by providing one-on-one hourly supports in their home. Supports can include activities of daily living, personal funds management, leisure activities, access to medical care and transportation.

The Hub of Opportunity is a transit-oriented, 200,000 square-foot commercial/residential development that will open in Spring 2020. Located at 3900 S. W. Temple adjacent to the UTA Meadowbrook TRAX station in South Salt Lake, this innovative project is a community-based, mixed-use development that will bring together a unique combination of community services, workforce development opportunities, and community living for individuals with disabilities.

With my severe epilepsy, I still want to be an active part of the community. Columbus has provided me the opportunity to live in my own apartment, but I know that the great staff will always work with me to make sure I can get to work, go to appointments, and enjoy a date with my boyfriend on Friday nights.
